How to access your time tracking application

When you signed your contract we sent you a link in the contract to set up a password and username to access the time tracking portal, if you lose access this article will help.

When you received the contract signature confirmation email from use through DocuSign we added a link that asked you to create a username and change a temporary password to access countdown, our cleverly named time tracking app. 

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following the steps below:
  • Visit countdown.rocketdigitalconsulting.com
  • Select the reset password button, it will ask you to enter the email associated with the account. 
  • Go to the email associated with your countdown account, click on the link.
  • Enter a new password ensuring you complete the password character requirements that are shown on screen.
  • Hit the reset button and sign in. You will also have to reset your Two Factor Authentication.
